Seriously folks... you are what you see.
What are you reading this weekend?
I've got the second Game of Thrones book, Grit Magazine and National Geographic to keep me occupied on our road trip.
This made me laugh out loud! Sadly, I'm reading Chick Lit -- James Patterson and Sophie Kinsella books while I enjoy the last week of vacation before the school year gets underway. :)I love the theme for this blog -- so true! I definitely need more reminders about making do!
Reading is reading to me =D Even avid readers need a break from "literature" and just want a good story. Usually I prefer a good story.
I can proudly say I've never seen Jersey Shore. :) It's been much better since we ditched our cable, now when I watch something, it's because I really want to. It makes tv more fun that way. I just finished HP and the Deathly Hallows for the movie, and I'm about to start a book called "Summer at Tiffany", which is the true story of two college girls from Iowa who worked at Tiffany in NY the summer of 1945. I'm excited for it!
Yay for Iowans in books! I was just telling a co-worker how I can't wait for Henry to be old enough to read HP together... you know in like a year or two ;)
Very nice. I have been wondering about the Game of Thrones books. I am currently reading Confessions of an Ugly Stepsister, by the Author of Wicked. So far I am undecided about it. I have never seen Jersey Shore, but I do imbibe in my share of America's Got Talent and similar shows. But I also read about 5 books a month, so I figure it balances out.
